Elder Lopez Realty is a Puerto Rico licensed real estate broker. Go to the Forms page below and download it, fill it out completely and email i tor info@palmasmls.com 

When you have a friend, relative or client (even yourself ) that wants to buy or sell real estate, ask them if they will allow you to refer them to a full-service, full time agent and tell them that you will be receiving a referral fee. Unless they have decided on an agent, most people will be glad to let you refer them. The advantage to your friend, relative or client is that the full-service, full time agents work harder with a referral because they have someone to answer to and because they want you to refer more business.

The referral fee ranges from 20% to 30% of the commission earned on the referred portion (Buyer or Seller), but is negotiable. It is to be agreed upon between Elder Lopez Realty and the Broker you refer it to. Elder Lopez Realty will have them sign a referral form.  All you need to do is call immediately and give us the information on the phone. Then print and fill out the referral form (Forms section) and send us a copy.  Referral fee will be paid within 30 days after closing. You must be an active license real estate broker to get paid.
